Refund policy

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or unused with original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Refunds or replacements will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
